Julio Martinez

Julio serves as chief executive officer for Mno-Bmadsen. In this position he develops, leads, and executes the overall investment strategy. Currently Mno-Bmadsen has holdings in 4 distinct sectors. Professional Services, Construction, Manufacturing, and Real Estate. Prior to joining Mno-Bmadsen in 2016, Julio successfully served as the CFO of tribes in Florida and in Oregon. With a track record of proven business success in a variety of business settings, Julio dedicates those skills to support the continued growth and success of Mno-Bmadsen.

Julie Farver

Accounting Manager

Julie serves as accounting manager of Mno-Bmadsen. In this role she provides accounting support for Mno-Bmadsen and our Family of Companies. She has worked within the framework of the Pokagon Band since 2001 and joined Mno-Bmadsen in 2013.

Julie was a prior member of the Board of Directors. Through her position now as an employee of Mno-Bmadsen, Julie is honored to help create further economic development outside of gaming for tribal citizens and the families of the Pokagon Band.

Heather Farver

Human Resource Director

Heather serves as the human resources director for Mno-Bmadsen, where she is focused on recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent for the company. Heather also leads employee engagement and provides human resources support across our Family of Companies.

Prior to joining Mno-Bmadsen, Heather served as the tribal Pathways administrator for the company and as the human resources manager for the Pokagon Band’s governmental operations. Heather is dedicated to creating opportunities for Pokagon Band families, and a fun and fulfilling work environment for all Mno-Bmadsen employees.

Rhonda Rose

Pathways Manager

Rhonda manages the Pathways Program, which provides tribal citizens with access to training, internships and job opportunities for long-term gainful employment with the Mno-Bmadsen Family of Companies, our partners and our network. Rhonda’s responsibilities include collaboration with the overall tribal community, government and Mno-Bmadsen's portfolio of investments.

Prior to joining Mno-Bmadsen, Rhonda was in the construction field and worked for the Pokagon Band tribal government.

Abbie Kusch

Office Administrator

Abbie serves as the office administrator for Mno-Bmadsen. In that capacity she assists with the day-to-day operations of the company, overall marketing and facilitates communications with the Family of Companies. Abbie is also responsible for event coordination and maintaining vital records.

Before joining the Mno-Bmadsen team, Abbie worked for the Pokagon Health Services for several years. Abbie is proud that through her work with Mno-Bmadsen tribal citizens and their families will continue to create their own pathways to economic success and personal empowerment.

Arianna Morseau

Arianna serves as the Intern for Mno-Bmadsen. She graduated from Tahoma Senior High School, she registered with the Pathways Program. Wanting to gain experience in Public Relations and Communications, she was hoping to get an internship with Mno-Bmadsen’s family of companies. Shortly afterwards, she accepted an offer from Mno-Bmadsen as the Communication and Public Relations Intern. In that capacity she assists Mno-Bmadsen by creating the Pokagon Economic Gathering Website, writing newsletters, updating the Mno-Bmadsen website and social media pages, and creating presentations.

Arianna will continue working with Mno-Bmadsen during the school year. She hopes to apply her classroom knowledge to her real-world experience. She will continue to work on branding Mno-Bmadsen, updating its platforms and writing the newsletters. “I would recommend the Pathways Program to anyone interested in honing their career path and future. It’s a great way to gain experience in any field of work and it really helped me solidify my love for Communications and Public Relations.”.
