Mno-Bmadsen announces new Tribal Pathways Administrator
(August 9, 2016, Dowagiac, MI) David Molnar, Vice President of Human Resources of Mno-Bmadsen announced the appointment of Heather Farver as Tribal Pathways Administrator, a new position within Mno-Bmadsen.
As administrator of the Pathways Program, Farver will assist Tribal Citizens in exploring vocational opportunities that provides satisfaction and fulfillment.
Heather successfully completed a three tier hiring process and was selected to the position, the first of its design and the first to be hired and given the responsibility to administer a Pathways Program specific to Mno-Bmadsen, its family of companies, and their sub-contractors.
The Pathways Program provides various steps a citizen can take to find a career. The Pathways Program is in coordination with the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi government’s education and human resources departments and Mno-Bmadsen’s human resources department. They encourage each of their citizens to explore the opportunities available to them.
Heather graduated from Western Michigan with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and has 7 years of tribal HR experience. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing softball, and attending football and baseball games whenever possible.
