The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded Seven Generations Architecture and Engineering (7GAE) a contract at the VA Ann Arbor Health Care System for the expanding the 8th Floor Mental Health facility.  The project will involve the renovation of approximately 12,000 square feet of office, restroom and corridor space on the Eight Floor.  Additionally, the design will also include a 4,500 square foot 2 story addition to the main floor that will provide a lobby area and be an extension of the healing garden.

Located in Kalamazoo, MI, Seven Generations A+E is teamed with Progressive AE, Grand Rapids, MI to provided supplemental medical planning and Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering.

“This is exciting because it not only continues 7GAE’s excellence in health care, but also adds to our federal portfolio of clients.” said Jeremy Berg, Managing Director of 7GAE. “Adding a client such as the Department of Veterans Affairs is truly humbling.  We are honored to work with the VA to support our nation’s veterans.”
